If you are an existing customer with an account, you can sign in to create tickets and view current/past tickets. If you’re not an existing customer or you’ve never used this system before, you can submit a ticket as a guest.

Please note, if you’re an existing customer on our Shop site, this is not the same account. The Support Portal is an entirely separate system.
